Mockup of our rearsets for the KTM RC390.  The red and blue components are 3D printed.  While we’ve used 3D printing on-and-off for quite some time, the real enabler has been how the cost of 3D printing has fallen so dramatically over the last 5 or so years. Though we used to reserve it for verifying only complicated designs, we now use it on virtually all our designs – it’s become that cost effective.  Anyway, stay tuned for some Austrian Metal.
